1.Scope

By using this website or submitting an appointment request, you are taken to have read and accepted the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website and contact our hotline on 0859 989 999 instead.

2.The status of information on this website

Clinical content on this website is provided for general information and does not replace an in-person examination. Do not self-diagnose or self-treat on the basis of anything published here. A treatment plan is only valid once a dentist has given it after examining you and reviewing your X-rays.

Treatment results shown in photographs are the real results of specific patients, published with their consent. Outcomes vary with the starting condition of the teeth, individual biology, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed — they are not a promise of the result you will get.

3.Appointments

• Booking through this website is a request to hold a slot, and it takes effect only once our staff have called to confirm it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, particularly your phone number.
• Please give us at least 2 hours' notice to change or cancel, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
• The free examination and panoramic X-ray for first-time patients carry no obligation to proceed with treatment.

4.Prices and payment

• The prices published on the price list include VAT and apply across the whole network.
• The final cost is fixed after an examination with X-rays and written into your treatment contract. We add nothing beyond what that signed contract states.
• Prices may be adjusted over time; the price written into your treatment contract does not change for the duration of your treatment.
• Promotions have their own validity periods and conditions, stated at the time they apply. Promotions are not combined unless we say otherwise.

5.Treatment warranty

• The warranty period follows the material you chose and is stated on your digital warranty card. See the warranty policy or look up your card.
• The warranty covers material defects and technical faults on our side: fracture in normal use, debonding not caused by impact, and bite errors arising from the way the work was made.
• It does not apply to: impact or accident, work altered at another practice, failure to attend scheduled reviews, or using teeth for something they are not for, such as biting hard objects or opening bottles.
• To keep the warranty valid, attend the review appointments your dentist schedules.

6.Copyright

All articles, case photographs, price lists and interface design on this website are the property of Công ty TNHH Nha khoa Valis. You may quote from them with attribution and a link back to the original page. Reproducing the content in full for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

Patient photographs are used only with that patient's written consent, and are removed at any time on their request.

7.Prohibited use

• Submitting false appointment requests, or bulk requests intended to overload the system.
• Automated data collection, vulnerability scanning, or interfering with the operation of the website.
• Publishing false statements, or content abusive to our staff or to other patients.

8.Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the quality of the treatment we have carried out under your treatment contract. We are not responsible for harm arising from applying information on this website to yourself without an examination, or from the website being unavailable due to technical failures beyond our control.

9.Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to support@dentalvietnam.com.vn or call our hotline on 0859 989 999. We acknowledge them within 24 hours and respond with a proposed resolution within 7 working days. If we cannot reach agreement, disputes are resolved by the competent court under Vietnamese law.

10.Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the website after a change is taken as acceptance of the new version.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version of these terms is the operative text, and it prevails if the two versions differ in meaning. You are welcome to ask us for the Vietnamese text at any time.
